Choose a competitive price based on:
How much are homes selling for in your area?
How do these homes compare to yours? (Year built, neighborhood, school district, upgrades, etc.)
Overpricing your home is one of the most common mistakes that a seller can make.  Don't worry, your agent can review the price of recently sold homes in your area to help determine your list price.
 
The fun part: repair & stage!  Complete all necessary repairs and follow up with a deep cleaning. Stage your home to showcase features that your buyers will be searching for.  Be sure your photos feature the most appealing aspects of your home.
